Pot Roast in the Slow Cooker

Now you can
have pot roast just like Grandma used to make, any night of the week! The
secret ingredient: your slow cooker. Here’s what you need to do.


Chop up
four or five full-size carrots and potatoes and put them into your slow cooker,
along with one sliced or chopped onion.


Top with a
1 to 1½ pound beef chuck roast. Add Lunds & Byerlys Royal Roast Seasoning
to the top of the roast.

Cook on low
for about 8 hours and enjoy a good old-fashioned dinner with the family!
