Lemon Berry Rum Shake
Just when you thought your weekend plans couldn’t get any better along comes the Lemon Berry Rum Shake. It’s a little bit tiki drink, a little bit milkshake and a whole lot of fun. Ingredients
3 cups L&B Lemon Sorbet
1 cup dark rum
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
Whipped cream, for garnish
Lemon zest, for garnish
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
- Place 2 (16 oz) glasses in the freezer for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
- In a blender, combine the sorbet, rum and frozen berries and blend on high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Divide the shake among the chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream, lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!
