Apple & Ginger Mocktail
Who says seasonal cocktails get to have all the fun? This non-alcoholic drink is a great social sipper that is sure to delight your senses and quench your thirst. While it might look like summer on the outside, the ingredients are 100% fall, which actually makes it the perfect drink for this transitional time of year.
In true mocktail form, it acts a little like a Moscow Mule, but the absence of alcohol makes it a festive drink that everyone can enjoy. The crisp apple juice and ginger beer strike the perfect balance together — sweet, but not too sweet, with a friendly little bite. The absence of spice, which usually accompanies apples this time of year, gives this drink a bright twist that’s accentuated by refreshing lime and a cooling garnish of mint.
Enjoy this mellow mocktail on the back deck or patio while you soak up the early fall sunshine and start planning your autumn adventures.
