Appetizer idea: Steak Fajita Cups
These appetizers will be the talk of your fiesta!
Start by thinly slicing sirloin steak against the grain and season it with salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder.
Next, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the steak slices 1 minute per side. Remove from pan.
Turn down the heat to medium and add Lunds & Byerlys Fajita Mix, available in our produce department. Cook until the onions and peppers are soft.
Add the steak and peppers to phyllo shells. Top with cotija cheese and a dollop of guacamole.
Serve with Third Street Lost Trout Brown Ale.
