L&B Canned Kombuchas are hand-crafted locally in small batches using a custom blended Rishi tea. The tea is brewed using reverse osmosis purified water and, once perfectly brewed, is combined with organic, fair-trade sugar and SCOBY (short for a “symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts”) to ferment. The end result is a fizzy drink that’s rich in beneficial probiotics and antioxidants.
