Pearl-sized champagne grapes are the smallest seedless grape variety. These fragrant table grapes are intensely sweet and succulent with very little tartness. Sprinkle atop yogurt, cereal or sorbet. Serve with fresh and aged cheeses and cured meats. Makes excellent grape jelly. Use to garnish cocktails or decorate cheese and dessert trays. The champagne or black corinth grape is not used to make wine. In its dried form, it is known as the zante currant.Description
