This dinner contains all fresh products and should be served within two days of purchase to guarantee freshness. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat and serve.

MANHATTAN STRIP ROAST
Your bone-in strip roast is a raw, seasoned rib roast and must be fully cooked prior to serving.
Heating instructions: Heat oven to 475 F.
For optimum product quality, please follow these instructions when preparing your prime rib roast.
1. Remove all packaging. Your strip rib roast has already been fully seasoned. No further seasoning is necessary.
2. Place roast fat side up with netting intact in a heavy stainless steel or other thick metal pan, at least 2 inches deep.
3. Cook uncovered at 475 F for exactly 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 275 F and roast for an additional 30 minutes for medium rare or an additional 60 minutes for medium well (ovens vary).
4. Carefully remove roast from oven and baste with pan juices using a ladle or spoon
5. Cover with foil and allow to rest at room temperature for exactly 10 minutes to maintain natural juices and flavors.
6. Carefully remove netting with sharp knife or scissors, then slice roast and drizzle each piece with pan juices.
CARAMELIZED FENNEL AND POTATOES AU GRATIN
Conventional Oven: Heat to 275 F.
1. Remove plastic from tray.
2. Place tray on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from oven and transfer to serving dish.
Microwave Oven
1. Vent plastic on tray.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from microwave and transfer to serving dish.
PARISIAN STYLE CARROTS WITH HONEY BUTTER
Conventional Oven: Heat to 275 F.
1. Remove plastic from tray.
2. Place tray on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from oven and transfer to serving dish.
Microwave Oven
1. Vent plastic on tray.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from microwave and transfer to serving dish.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS GRATIN
Conventional Oven: Heat to 275 F.
1. Remove plastic from tray.
2. Place tray on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from oven and transfer to serving dish.
Microwave Oven
1. Vent plastic on tray.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from microwave and transfer to serving dish.
HORSERADISH SAUCE
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
TEA BUNS
Your fresh rolls are fully baked but may be warmed in the oven. Remove from bag and place in oven on tray for approximately 5 minutes until warm.

ALL-NATURAL WHOLE TURKEY*
Your turkey is fully cooked and ready to eat. To prepare a hot turkey, please follow these heating instructions.
Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Remove turkey from packaging and place breast side up in a roasting pan supported by a baking sheet. Add 1 ½ cups water, then cover with foil.
2. Bake on center oven rack for 2 hours.
3. Carefully remove turkey from oven. Remove foil and return to oven. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
4. Remove turkey from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
5. Pour pan drippings over hot sliced turkey just before serving or use to make gravy.
* It is important not to overcook your all-natural turkey as it will cause dryness and a tough texture.
MASHED POTATOES
Conventional Oven
1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Remove potatoes from bag and place in provided trays.
3. Cover with foil.
4. Bake covered for 30-35 minute or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
Microwave Oven
1. Do not microwave in container provided.
2. Remove mashed potatoes from bag and place in covered microwaveable container.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for an additional 3 minutes or until hot. Stir.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Remove plastic seal and cover on beans.
2. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
CREAMLESS SWEET CORN
Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Remove plastic seal and cover on corn.
2. Cover with foil.
3. Bake covered of 45-50 minutes
SAGE DRESSING
Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Remove plastic seal and cover on dressing.
2. Cover with foil.
3. Bake covered for 50-60 minutes or until heated to 165 F.
POULTRY GRAVY
Stove Top
1. Place sauce contents into saucepan; heat over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and serve.
Microwave Oven
1. Do not microwave in the container provided.
2. Place sauce into a microwave-safe dish.
3. Place in the microwave and heat for 6-9 minutes or until heated to 165 F. Stir and serve.

ALL-NATURAL TURKEY BREAST*
Your turkey breast is fully cooked and ready to eat. To prepare a hot turkey, follow these heating instructions.
Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Remove turkey breast from packaging and place skin side up in a roasting pan supported by a baking sheet.
2. Place ¾ cup water in base of roasting pan, cover pan with foil and bake on center oven rack for 1 ½ hours.
3. Carefully remove turkey breast from oven. Remove foil and baste turkey with juices from the bottom of pan. Return to oven and bake an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
4. Remove turkey from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
* It is important not to overcook your all-natural turkey breast as it will cause dryness and a tough texture.
