Perfectly Padre Seven Layer Dip
- 2 teaspoons moringa powder (optional)
- 14 ounces L&B Guacamole
- 1 (154ounce) can Amy’s Organic Black Refried Beans
- 1 ½ cups Greek Gods Traditional Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup L&B Tangy Tomatillo Verde Salsa
- 12 ounces L&B Pico de Gallo, divided
- 2 cups organic baby arugula, chopped
- ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
Mix moringa powder into L&B Guacamole.
Using a strainer, drain extra liquid from the pico de gallo and discard.
In an 8×11 dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
- Black refried beans
- Greek yogurt
- ⅔ of the pico de gallo
- Baby arugula
- Remaining ⅓ pico de gallo
