Perfectly Padre Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons moringa powder (optional)
  • 14 ounces L&B Guacamole
  • 1 (15.4-ounce) can Amy’s Organic Black Refried Beans
  • 1 ½ cups Greek Gods Traditional Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup L&B Tangy Tomatillo Verde Salsa
  • 12 ounces L&B Pico de Gallo, divided
  • 2 cups organic baby arugula, chopped
  • ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix moringa powder into L&B Guacamole.

  2. Using a strainer, drain extra liquid from the pico de gallo and discard.

  3. In an 8×11 dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
    - Black refried beans
    - Greek yogurt
    - Salsa
    - Guacamole
    - ⅔ of the pico de gallo
    - Baby arugula
    - Remaining ⅓ pico de gallo
    - Scallions
