
Lemon Dill Salmon Packets
Ingredients
- 1 23 ounce salmon fillet
- 2 lemon slices
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Heat oven to 450 F.

Place an individual piece of salmon on a piece of parchment paper.

Season each piece of salmon with salt and pepper, then top with 2-3 lemon slices and fresh or dried dill.

Fold the parchment paper around the salmon to make a packet.

Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
