Lemon Dill Salmon Packets

  • 1 2-3 ounce salmon fillet
  • 2 lemon slices
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Heat oven to 450 F.

  2. Place an individual piece of salmon on a piece of parchment paper.

  3. Season each piece of salmon with salt and pepper, then top with 2-3 lemon slices and fresh or dried dill.

  4. Fold the parchment paper around the salmon to make a packet.

  5. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
