  • 1 pound assorted Italian meats (salami, prosciutto, speck, ham)
  • 1 pound assorted Italian cheeses (Fontina, Parmesan, Asiago, Mozzarella)
  • pound ½assorted olives, available at deli olive bar
  • 1 pound assorted olive bar vegetables (onions, artichokes, tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Grissini and baguette slices


  1. Arrange meats, cheeses, olives and vegetables on large serving platter.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over antipasti.
  3. Serve with grissini and baguette slices.
