Tequila Lime Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 lb L&B Colossal Tail-On Raw Shrimp (16 to 20 count per lb.) thawed, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp L&B Shrimp Tequila Lime Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Roughly chopped chives for garnish
  • Roughly chopped parsley for garnish
  • Roughly chopped tarragon for garnish
  • L&B Meyer Lemon & Shallot Cocktail Sauce for serving
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Place an oven rack 4” below the broiler. Heat the broiler to high heat. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, shrimp seasoning and olive oil. Toss to coat. 

  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer on the sheet pan. 

  4. Broil, checking every minute, until pink and just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes total. 

  5. Immediately transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped herbs. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
