A festive fall take on the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins from the popular coffee chain

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Add cupcake liners to a muffin pan; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, canola oil, milk, brown sugar, maple syrup and pumpkin puree. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to form a thick batter.
Mix together the cream cheese and maple syrup.
Pour the muffin batter into prepared muffin tin. Using either a piping bag or two spoons, add a generous dollop of the cream cheese mixture to the each of each muffin and sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
