Spicy Watermelon, Lime & Tequila Slushy

  • cups watermelon pieces, frozen; plus wedges for serving
  • 6 ounces tequila blanco
  • 4 ounces simple syrup
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½-inch thick jalapeño slice with seeds; plus sliced jalapeño for serving
  • 3 cups ice


  1. Purée watermelon, tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, jalapeño slices and 3 cups of ice in a blender until smooth and very thick (mixture will loosen immediately once poured).

  2. Divide among glasses and garnish with watermelon wedges and jalapeño slices.
