Fresh Citrus Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 grapefruit
  • 4 blood orange
  • 4 navel oranges
  • olive oil
  • Lunds & Byerlys Citrus Herb Salt Veggie Seasoning
  • sliced basil
  • zest of one lime

Instructions

  1. Peel 4-5 grapefruits, blood oranges and navel oranges. 

  2. Cut into slices. Layer fruit on a serving dish. 

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Lunds & Byerlys Citrus Herb Salt Veggie Seasoning. 

  4. Top with sliced basil and the zest of one lime.
