Smokehouse Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 3 cups spinach lightly packed
  • 3 cups L&B Rotisserie Chicken pulled or chopped
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium apple with skin on chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup quinoa cooked according to package directions
  • 4 ounces goat cheese crumbled
  • 3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. Pour 3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing.

  3. Toss together and serve.
