The perfect St. Patrick’s Day appetizer
Need something to feed your guests while the corned beef and cabbage is cooking? This appetizer is perfectly simple and perfectly Irish:
- Irish soda bread from our bakery
- Kerrygold butter
- Dubliner cheddar
Spread a thick layer of butter on slices of the bread andtop with sliced cheddar. Serve with a Guinness and enjoy!
