Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese
Serve this easy, flavorful homemade spread with bagels, crackers, bread or veggies.
Makes 1 ½ cups

8 ounces plain cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup diced shallot
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces L&B Smoked Salmon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- Cream the cheese by hand or in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.
- Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, shallot, dill, salt and pepper.
- Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Garnish with chives. Refrigerate until ready to use.
