Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 package bacon
1 container Sour Cream
1 bunch sliced green onions
1 container of guacamole
Directions
  1. Bake the tater tots according to package directions.
  2. Take them out of the oven and top with shredded cheese, chopped red pepper, black beans and bacon.
  3. Top with more cheese.
  4. Stick the tots back in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  5. Top with sour cream, sliced green onions and guacamole.
