Substitute strawberries for tomatoes in this sweet and spicy twist on traditional salsa! Serve with tortilla chips. Pairs well with a Vinho Verde.

1/4 of a red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeds removed, finely diced (leave more seeds in for a spicier salsa)
Handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
L&B Tortilla Chips, for dipping

- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with chips for dipping.
