Use sliced pieces in appetizers, salads, omelets or baked dishes. The following makes delightfully simple dressing to enjoy over a salad made of sliced hearts of palm. 1 small garlic clove, half cup Alessi extra virgin oil, 2 tbs. Alessi white balsamic vinegar 1.5 tsp dijon mustard - freshly ground Alessi sea salt and Alessi black peppercorns to taste. In food processor with machine running, drop garlic through food tube.
