Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
Cooking spray
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon L&B Garlic Powder
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 14-ounce can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in the artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Transfer the dip to the prepared skillet. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and light brown, about 25 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippables.
