Ingredients
2 lbs. crab legs, thawed
fresh lemon wedges
ghee clarified butter, melted
Directions
  1. When purchasing crab legs, allow about ¾-1 lb. king crab legs or 1 lb. snow crab legs per serving.
  2. Heat oven to 450 F.
  3. Rinse crab legs.
  4. Arrange crab legs in shallow baking pan. Add hot water to fill pan ⅛-inch deep. Cover with foil. 
  5. Bake until heated through (7-10 minutes). 
  6. Arrange crab legs on serving platter; garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
  7. Serve hot with melted ghee clarified butter.
  8. Use a nut or seafood cracker to split the shells.
