Strawberry Vanilla Spritz Mocktail
Vanilla and strawberry are a match made in flavor heaven. Clearly, OLIPOP® gets it — their Strawberry Vanilla Sparkling Tonic takes this combo and perfects it with real strawberry juice, fresh lemon and pink rock salt. We add fresh mint, basil, strawberries and lime juice to the sparkling tonic, giving it mellow mojito vibes.

2 hulled strawberries, plus more for garnish
5 mint leaves
3 basil leaves, plus more for garnish

½ can Strawberry Vanilla OLIPOP®
Directions
- In a lowball cocktail glass, combine the lime juice, strawberries, mint leaves and basil leaves. Muddle until the berries and herbs are broken down into small pieces.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with the Strawberry Vanilla OLIPOP®.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and basil sprig. Enjoy!
