1 teaspoon simple syrup
3 tablespoons dry gin
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
5 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water, to top off
Long strip of grapefruit peel for garnish
Directions
- Pour the first 5 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake, then double-strain into a chilled glass.
- Gently top off with the tonic water using a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a long strip of grapefruit peel and a mint sprig to serve.
