Ingredients
2 lbs. crab legs, thawed
fresh lemon wedges
ghee clarified butter, melted
Directions
- When purchasing crab legs, allow about ¾-1 lb. king crab legs or 1 lb. snow crab legs per serving.
- Heat oven to 450 F.
- Rinse crab legs.
- Arrange crab legs in shallow baking pan. Add hot water to fill pan ⅛-inch deep. Cover with foil.
- Bake until heated through (7-10 minutes).
- Arrange crab legs on serving platter; garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
- Serve hot with melted ghee clarified butter.
- Use a nut or seafood cracker to split the shells.
