How to Grill Corn

Ingredients
Sweet corn, in husk
water
kosher salt
Cooking Oil (high heat cooking oil)
FOR HERBED HONEY BUTTER: 1/4 cup honey butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced fresh herbs, such as thyme, basil, parsley or sage
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Peel back husks, leaving them attached at the bottom. Remove silk.
  2. Tie husks back together using a thin strand of leftover husk.
  3. Place corn in salted water for at least 10 minutes, until ready to grill.
  4. Heat grill to medium (or heat a grill pan to medium-high); brush corn with oil and cook over direct heat for 10-20 minutes, turning frequently, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Let the corn cool for a couple of minutes, then slather on herbed honey butter – or your favorite corn toppers for an extra flavor boost!

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey butter, minced herbs, salt and pepper.
