Gin & Jam Cocktail

1 ½ ounces Plymouth Gin
½ ounce Campari
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 tablespoon L&B Triple Berry Jam
Ice
1 ½ ounces sparkling water
Thyme sprig, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Campari, lime juice, simple syrup, and jam. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Shake until chilled through, about 30 seconds.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice. Double strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with the sparkling water.
- Garnish with a thyme sprig & Enjoy!
