Ingredients
1 loaf L&B French Bread
¾ cup yellow mustard, divided
6 slices Kosher Dill Sandwich Pickles, divided
9 slices deli ham, divided
6 slices Swiss cheese, divided
3 cups L&B Ready To Heat BBQ Pulled Pork, divided
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- On a large cutting board, slice the French bread into 3 6-inch loaves, and slice each loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread ¼ cup of yellow mustard on the insides of each loaf.
- Layer 2 pickles, 3 ham slices, 2 slices Swiss cheese and 1 cup pulled pork onto each sandwich.
- Heat 2 large cast-iron skillets over low heat for 3 minutes. Place the sandwiches in one skillet and use the bottom of the second skillet to gently flatten the sandwiches. They should be about 2 ½ inches thick.
- Transfer the stacked skillets to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the sandwiches to a cutting board, slice them in half diagonally and enjoy hot.
