Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pretzels
½ cup caramel sauce, warmed
Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, until incorporated.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing with a spatula until combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped pretzels.
  8. Spread the blondie dough into the greased pan.
  9. Drizzle the warm caramel over the dough and swirl with a knife.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and no longer jiggly in the middle.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Cut into squares.
