4 peaches

RASPBERRY PROSECCO:
2 pints raspberries

1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

CLASSIC PEACH BELLINI
Serves 6
- Peel peaches and blend in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed.
- Strain the mixture and refrigerate until cold.
- Pour 1 ounce of peach puree into a champagne flute; top with Prosecco. Stir gently to combine; serve.
RASPBERRY PROSECCO
Serves 6
- Blend raspberries in a high-powered blender with 3 tablespoons of water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove the seeds and refrigerate until cold.
- Pour 1 ounce of raspberry puree into a champagne flute; top with Prosecco. Stir gently to combine; serve.
