Grilled Strawberry Ciabatta

Ingredients
L&B Bake-at-Home Ciabatta
L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Strawberries, hulled and sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Goat cheese crumbles
Fresh basil leaves, sliced
Directions
- Slice a L&B Bake-at-Home Ciabatta in half and top with olive oil, sliced strawberries and thinly sliced red onion.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap each half of the loaf in foil.
- Heat your grill to medium high.
- Grill the ciabatta over indirect heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and top immediately with crumbled goat cheese and sliced basil.
Wine Pairing: A chilled glass of rosé.
