Ingredients

  • ½ ounce Campari
  • ½ ounce Hendrick’s gin
  • ½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ½ ounces Concord grape juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce egg whites

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
