Appetizer idea: Roasted grapes with blue cheese
Have you ever tried roasting grapes? It brings out their
natural sweetness in a wonderful, unexpected way. Simply drizzle them with
olive oil, toss them with fresh thyme and roast them at 400 F for about 10
minutes; then serve them with blue cheese on slices of baguette for a
delightfully simple appetizer. Pairs well with Left Hand Brewing Milk Stout to
balance out the sweetness.
Look for the grapes in our produce department, the blue
cheese in our deli and baguette
in our bakery.
