Ingredients
For the garlic sauce: ¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
For the pizza: All purpose flour, for dusting
1 (12 oz) L&B White Pizza Dough
Semolina flour, for dusting
1 cup shredded mozzarella
8 L&B Kosher Dill Pickle Sandwich Slices, cut into 1” pieces
1 L&B Boneless Ham Steak (½ pound), diced
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1. Heat oven to 500 F and place a pizza stone on the middle rack.

2. To make the garlic sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and lime juice and stir to combine. Set aside.

3. To make the pizza: On a lightly floured surface press the pizza dough into a 6-inch circle. Lift it off the surface and let it hang over your fists. Move your hands toward the edges of the dough, rotating and stretching it into a 10-inch circle.

4. Dust a pizza peel with semolina flour and transfer the dough to the peel.

5. Spread the garlic sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Top the sauce with an even layer of the mozzarella cheese, followed by the pickles and ham. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the pizza.

6. Slide the pizza off the peel and onto the preheated pizza stone. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the pizza are golden brown.

7. Remove the pizza from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.

8. Slice the pizza into 8 pieces. Enjoy!
