1 tablespoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces tequila blanco
4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces simple syrup
3 cups sliced yellow peaches
1 serrano pepper, seeded and roughly chopped

1 lime wedge
Directions

1. In a small bowl, stir together the salt and chili powder, pour the spice blend into a small dish, and set aside.

 

2. In a blender, combine the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, peaches, and serrano pepper. Blend on high until smooth, 3 minutes. Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher filled with ice. 

 

3. Run a lime wedge around the rim of four 4-ounce coupe glasses. Dip the rims of the glasses in the chili spice blend. Divide the margarita between the glasses and serve.
