8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1 package of prosciutto
Honey, drizzle
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 F
  2. Halve the dates and stuff them with Gorgonzola
  3. Wrap each date with prosciutto
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey
  6. Serve with Sacchetto Prosecco
