Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
Cooking spray
8 ounces pizza sauce
½ yellow onion, diced small
½ green bell pepper, diced small
2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni
1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
Directions
  1. Take the pizza dough out of the container and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place a dough square in each well. Gently press the dough into the well and against the side, allowing the remainder to flop over the top of the tin.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce into each pizza and then add a pinch of onion and green pepper, one or two slices of pepperoni, and 1 ½ tablespoons of cheese.
  4. Bake the mini pizzas at 375°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until the crusts are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  5. Allow the pizzas to cool in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot
