Ingredients
1 - 1 lb. package L&B Ready-to-Heat Chicken Tenders
1 - 1 lb. package L&B Green Beans with Almonds
1 - 2 lbs. package L&B Signature Mashed Potatoes
1 - 12 oz. package L&B Poultry Gravy
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Place the chicken tenders about 1 inch apart on a sheet pan and add the green beans in a single layer next to them. Bake for 5-6 minutes, flip the chicken strips over and stir the green beans, then cook for another 5-6 minutes until sizzling and chicken is heated through. Transfer the tenders to a cutting board and cut them into 1-inch-thick slices.
- Meanwhile, add the mashed potatoes to a medium pot over medium heat, breaking them up with a spoon. Whisk continuously until hot, 5-7 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the gravy, stirring until hot, about 5 minutes.
- Serve family style so everyone can create their own bowl, layering the mashed potatoes with the chicken strips and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy.
