Pepper Jack cheese

Directions
- Heat your oven to 425 F.
- Cut strips of bacon in half.
- Cut thin slices of your favorite cheese (we used Pepper Jack).
- Place a square of cheese and one frozen tater tot on each slice of bacon and roll bacon around them to secure.
- Place a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet and place bacon-wrapped tots on the rack, seam-side down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
Tip: Use a toothpick to secure the bacon-wrapped tots, if desired.
