Air Fried Fish Sticks

Ingredients
1 pound cod fillets
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Cooking spray, for air fryer
Tartar sauce, for serving
Directions
- Heat the air fryer at 400 F for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the cod into approximately 1-inch sticks.
- Place the flour in a shallow bowl.
- Place the egg in a separate shallow bowl and whisk.
- Place the panko, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder and salt in a third shallow bowl and stir to combine.
- Dip each fish stick in the flour, then the egg and finally the panko breadcrumb mix, making sure you completely coat at each step.
- Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and place half of the fish sticks in the basket.
- Cook at 400 F for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish sticks.
- Serve with tartar sauce and enjoy!
