Ingredients
¼ cup L&B Poultry Gravy
1 pound frozen French fries
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese curds
¼ cup small diced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1. In a small pot, heat ¼ cup L&B Poultry Gravy over medium-low heat. Keep warm while you make the fries.

2. Heat an air fryer to 400 F. Add 1 lb frozen French fries to the basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. 

3. Top the fries with 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese curds in an even layer and cook for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is just melted. 

4. Transfer the fries to a serving platter and drizzle with the warm gravy. 

5. Garnish with the small diced red onion and chopped fresh parsley and serve.
