Pumpkin Spiked Latte Pops

Your favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte transformed into a boozy frozen treat!

Makes 12 pops
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 8 hours or overnight

6 cups vanilla ice cream
12 ounces RumChata
1 tablespoon L&B Pumpkin Pie Spice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place 12 (5-ounce) plastic cups in a muffin tin.
  3. Add 4 ounces of ice cream to each cup.
  4. Add popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Make 2 cuts around edge of cup and peel off. Serve immediately.
