Pumpkin Spiked Latte Pops
Your favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte transformed into a boozy frozen treat!
Makes 12 pops
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 8 hours or overnight
6 cups vanilla ice cream
12 ounces RumChata
1 tablespoon L&B Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place 12 (5-ounce) plastic cups in a muffin tin.
- Add 4 ounces of ice cream to each cup.
- Add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze overnight.
- Make 2 cuts around edge of cup and peel off. Serve immediately.
