Lorentz makes small batches of brats and sausages each week, which results in a higher quality product. They also use family recipes, passed down from generations of meat experts, incorporating a strong attention to detail for each brat. Plus, their product is so fresh, our meat departments order the number of brats they need one day and that exact amount ships from Lorentz the very next day.
