Mini Pizzas

12 servings

  • 1 Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
  • Cooking spray
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce
  • ½ yellow onion, diced small
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced small
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella

  1. Take the pizza dough out of the container and cut into 12 equal squares.

  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place a dough square in each well. Gently press the dough into the well and against the side, allowing the remainder to flop over the top of the tin.

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce into each pizza and then add a pinch of onion and green pepper, one or two slices of pepperoni and 1 ½ tablespoons of cheese.

  4. Bake the mini pizzas at 375 F for 12 to 14 minutes or until the crusts are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

  5. Allow the pizzas to cool in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot.
