make your own “after-dinner mint”
Make these gourmet “after-dinner mints” in minutes! All you
need is fresh mint leaves and some melted baking chocolate.
Pat your mint leaves dry with a paper towel to make sure
they have no moisture on them, then dip them in melted baking chocolate. Then
lay the leaves flat on a baking sheet covered with wax paper or parchment
paper. Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set.
Delicious served with ice cream and fresh berries.
