How To Grill Salmon
How to make perfectly grilled salmon every time.

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound Norwegian Salmon, cut into ½ pound fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse salt
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
1 lemon, sliced plus more for juice
Canola oil for grill
Directions
- Pat fillets dry
- Brush with olive oil
- Season with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Lightly oil grill with canola oil
- Grill fillets skin side down for 3 to 6 minutes
- Flip onto flesh side
- Continue cooking for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on how hot your grill is, until fish is slightly firm and no longer opaque
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes
Garnish with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and lemon slices and serve!
