Barkan Pinot Noir has been produced in a similar fashion to the fine red wines of Burgundy. To produce this extraordinary wine required an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. We have found this balance in our vineyards at Mitzpeh Ramon in the high desert. This wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannins; a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Ghost Pines California Zinfandel Wine, 750 Millilitre, $19.99
Ghost Pines Zinfandel draws from multiple winegrowing countries to create a wine as unique as the Ghost Pine itself. Pair with bold meats, barbecue and mild curry dishes. In 1964 Louis P. Martini, son of Napa pioneer Louis M. Martini, purchased 178 acres of land in the eastern hills of the Napa Valley.
