Hand-Crafted Minnesota Made Gin

Minnesota’s Far North Spirits is known as the northernmost distillery in the contiguous United States. They are one of just a handful of authentic field-to-glass estate producers of small-batch, craft-distilled spirits that we’re lucky enough to have right here in Minnesota.

Inspired by a heritage of independence and agricultural substance, founding partners Michael Swanson and Cheri Reese fled the corporate world to Michael’s fourth-generation family farm in Hallock, Minnesota. Here, they hand select, plant and harvest non-GMO grains that they mill, mash, ferment, distill and bottle
entirely on premise, from start to finish.

Solveig Gin offers scents of citrus, pine cones and a hint of lavender. The creamy, light gin is exceptionally balanced with flavors of thyme and coriander, making it both complex and bright.

Try Solveig Gin in a Basil Smash Cocktail.
